Before You Begin

Everything you need for your first projection

Prepare the projector in a dim or dark room and choose a clear wall or ceiling area. A smoother, lighter-colored surface will generally make the projected image easier to see.

Six Simple Steps

How to use your STELARR Dream Projector

1

Switch off the projector

Make sure the projector is switched off and disconnected from its power source before inserting or changing a projection slide.

2

Pull out the slide drawer

Gently pull the small side drawer away from the projector. Avoid forcing or twisting it.

3

Insert your chosen world

Place the selected projection slide flat and securely inside the drawer. Handle it by the edges whenever possible to help keep the image surface clean.

4

Return the drawer and connect the power

Slide the drawer back into place, then connect the USB-A plug to a compatible, undamaged USB power source. Press the power button to switch on the projector.

5

Aim it toward a wall or ceiling

Gently bend the flexible neck until the image reaches the area you want to illuminate. Do not look directly into the illuminated lens while the projector is switched on.

6

Adjust the focus

Slowly rotate the upper lens section until the center of the projection looks clear. Reposition the projector or change the projection distance when additional adjustment is needed.

For a Clearer Projection

Create the right environment

Dim the room

Reduce nearby lights and close curtains when possible. The projection will be easier to see in a dark or softly lit room.

Choose a clear surface

A smooth, uncluttered wall or ceiling generally creates a cleaner and more immersive result.

Experiment with distance

Move the projector closer or farther away to find the balance between image size, visibility, and sharpness that suits your room.

Refocus after moving it

Changing the angle or distance can affect clarity. Readjust the lens whenever the projector is repositioned.

A More Imaginative Wind-Down

Turn the projection into part of the bedtime story

STELARR is designed to support calm, screen-free moments before sleep. The projector does not need to stay on all night to become a meaningful part of the routine.

Choose

Let your child choose the projection world for the evening.

Imagine

Create a short story inspired by the scene on the ceiling.

Unwind

Spend a few quiet moments observing the projection together.

Switch Off

Turn STELARR off once your child is settled and ready to sleep.

Please note: The current STELARR model does not include a timer or automatic shut-off. It should be switched off manually after use.

Change the Scene

Switching slides

Switch off and unplug the projector before opening the drawer. Remove the current slide by its edges, insert another, return the drawer, and reconnect the power.

Adjust the focus again after every slide change for the clearest result.

Keep Them Protected

Caring for the slides

Handle the slides by their edges whenever possible and keep them clean, dry, and protected from scratches, pressure, and excessive heat.

Keep the slides and other small components away from young children when they are not being used.

Quick Help

Simple troubleshooting

The projector does not switch on

Check that the USB-A connection is fully inserted, test a compatible power source, and confirm that the power button has been pressed. Stop using the product if the cable, connector, or power source appears damaged.

The image is blurry

Slowly rotate the manual-focus lens, check that the slide is correctly seated, and adjust the distance between the projector and the projection surface.

The image looks too faint

Reduce the ambient light, choose a clearer surface, reposition the projector, and check that the lens and slide are clean.

The drawer does not move smoothly

Switch off and unplug the projector. Check that the slide is lying flat and aligned correctly. Do not force the drawer. Contact STELARR Customer Care if the issue continues.

The projection is clear in the center but softer at the edges

The projection angle, distance, room surface, and lens position can affect edge clarity. Try reducing the angle, repositioning the flexible neck, changing the distance, and refocusing the image.

Thoughtful Use

Important safety reminders

  • Adult setup and supervision are recommended in children’s spaces.
