Purchases through our store must be made by a person who has reached the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in their place of residence. If a product is intended for use by a child, the purchase, installation, and supervision responsibilities remain with the adult customer or caregiver.

Our website and checkout are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under 13. Children should not submit personal information, create accounts, or place orders.

You may not use the Service or our products for any unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.

Product photographs and projected scenes are presented to help demonstrate the intended experience. Actual brightness, projection size, sharpness, color appearance, and visibility can vary depending on ambient light, projection distance, focus adjustment, wall or ceiling color, surface texture, camera exposure, and display settings.

Only features expressly stated on the relevant product page are included. A product should not be understood to include a timer, automatic shut-off, remote control, application, rechargeable battery, adjustable brightness, wireless connection, or another feature unless that feature is clearly listed in the product description.

Packaging, printed materials, and minor cosmetic details may be updated from time to time without materially changing the product’s principal function.

STELARR is an ambient-lighting, imagination, and general wellness brand. Our projectors are designed to support screen-free storytelling, imaginative experiences, room ambiance, and thoughtfully structured wind-down routines.

STELARR products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent insomnia, anxiety disorders, trauma, autism, circadian-rhythm disorders, or any other physical or mental-health condition.

Scientific publications, educational articles, research summaries, and bedtime guidance displayed on the website are provided for general information only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cited research was not conducted on the STELARR product itself.

Website content is not a substitute for medical advice. Persistent, severe, or unexplained sleep, anxiety, behavioral, or health concerns should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Prices, Promotions & Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency made available for your selected market or checkout. Currency-conversion rates and charges applied by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor are outside STELARR’s control.

Prices, bundles, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change before an order is placed. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Discount codes, bundle prices, gifts, and other promotions cannot be combined unless the offer expressly says otherwise. Promotional terms may include an expiration date, purchase threshold, product restriction, or usage limit.

You agree to provide valid, current, complete, and accurate payment, billing, delivery, and contact information.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.

An order is accepted when payment has been approved and the order enters fulfillment or is dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping destinations, processing periods, estimated delivery times, tracking information, address responsibilities, and delayed or missing packages are governed by our Shipping Policy .

Delivery dates are estimates unless they are expressly described as guaranteed. We will comply with applicable requirements when an order cannot be dispatched within the communicated period.

Depending on the destination and shipping terms, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges may be payable unless they were expressly collected or included at checkout.

You remain responsible for reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, or other content you submit to STELARR or post through features offered on our website.

By intentionally submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant STELARR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and share that content for store, support, and marketing purposes.

Private customer-support communications will not be presented publicly as testimonials without permission.

We may moderate or remove content that contains unlawful material, spam, personal information, harassment, threats, intellectual-property violations, fraudulent claims, undisclosed conflicts, or malicious code.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits, restricts, or penalizes an honest review, including a critical or negative review, based on your genuine experience.

We do not guarantee that every website feature, product, projection slide, bundle, or service will remain available indefinitely.

STELARR is not responsible for loss caused by:

• Customer-supplied inaccurate delivery information.
• Third-party websites or independent service providers.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to STELARR for the product giving rise to the claim.

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure or delay by STELARR in enforcing a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or another right.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service and your purchases from STELARR. They supersede prior communications regarding the same subject, except for a written agreement or mandatory right that expressly applies.

24. Governing Law & Disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact support@stelarr.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly and fairly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This governing-law provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to a court, authority, or dispute-resolution process available under the laws of the consumer’s usual place of residence.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.

The current version and its effective date will be displayed on this page. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an order already accepted.
